The Atwood Orange Crush Football Single Band is a versatile medium-grit bit designed for efficient product removal and refinement. Its football shape makes it particularly useful for removing lifted product and carefully reducing existing enhancement product.
The Orange Crush Football Single Band is a more affordable alternative to the Atwood “MEAN” Green and offers a slightly gentler option than the Double Orange Crush.
Whether you’re removing product, reducing bulk or refining an existing enhancement, the Orange Crush Football provides controlled and efficient filing. Its rounded football shape also allows for precise work around the cuticle area when used with the correct professional technique.
This version is designed specifically for right-handed nail technicians and features a single orange band with a medium grit. A left-handed alternative is also available in the Atwood Orange Crush range.
For best performance, Atwood recommends operating its e-file bits at 20,000 RPM or higher with the appropriate professional technique.
Manufactured from high-quality surgical-grade stainless steel, Atwood bits are designed for excellent durability and wear resistance. With correct use and care, an Atwood bit can typically last approximately 6–8 months, depending on frequency of use and workload.
How to Care for Your Atwood E-File Bits
After use, thoroughly clean your bits with a brass or nylon bit-cleaning brush to remove product and debris.
Once cleaned, disinfect your bits according to your salon’s hygiene and infection-control procedures. Ensure they are thoroughly dried before storing them in a clean, suitable e-file bit holder.
Always make sure your bits are completely dry before inserting them into your e-file handpiece. Proper cleaning, drying and storage will help maintain their performance and longevity.

Pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is set, not negotiable.
Shipping
All orders are sent via Australia Post or courier service once full payment has been received. Product will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment unless you have purchased pre-order items. When you have selected pre-order items your order will not be sent until they are available.
Shipping charges will be calculated at the end of the order before payment.
We only ship within Australia and to New Zealand.
Delivery times vary depending on location and are out of our control however generally 3-12 business days unless you live in Western Australia. Tracking will be updated to your account.
We are not responsible for any delays for your order while in transit as it is out of control. We have normal parcel post as well as express post options available however flammable goods cannot be sent via Express. If you click Express and there are flammable goods in the order we will automatically change it to normal parcel post and refund you the difference. If you are unsure if you parcel can be sent via Express please email us.

Pickup is by appointment only in Alkimos. Please email us with when you would like to pickup your order. Pickup can be made from 24 hours after you have completed and paid for your order unless you have ordered pre-ordered items as they will not be available until we have received them. We suggest you make an order for the available products separate to the pre-ordered items.

Returns
We do not accept returns/exchanges. If you have received your order and items are missing or damaged please contact us within 3 business days. We will not be liable for missing items after that timeframe. If item is damaged or defective we require reasonable evidence (photo/video).
