Shipping policy

How long will it take to process my order?

Please allow 2 business days for all orders to be processed for shipping. As much as we endeavour to get orders out the same day occasionally there are delays that are outside of our control. 

 

Shipping options

We offer express and standard shipping through Australia Post as well as pickup from Alkimos. All pickups are subject to availability and you will need to email us at enquiry@prettynailco.com.au before placing your order to organise a pickup time. Express is 1-4 business days for delivery however this is not guaranteed. Standard Shipping is approx 5-9 business days. Flammables can not be shipped express.

We now offer same day delivery within a 25km radius of Alkimos for a small fee. We may increase the radius as we trial this option. Orders must be placed by 12pm AWST and will be delivered that afternoon/evening. 

 

International Orders

International orders will need to be quoted before placing an order. Please contact us at enquiry@prettynailco.com.au to see if we are able to post to your country.
