Anyone can purchase retail products however pro only products require a qualification and proof in the form of your qualification certificate must be shown. We are not liable for any damage or allergiescaused due to inproper application or use of our products. Please read all ingredient labels as we are not liable for any allergies.

Pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is set, not negotiable.

Shipping

All orders are sent via Australia Post or courier service once full payment has been received. Product will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment unless you have purchased pre-order items. When you have selected pre-order items your order will not be sent until they are available.

Shipping charges will be calculated at the end of the order before payment.

Australia wide shipping only available via the website however please email us if you are an international customer.

Delivery times vary depending on location and are out of our control however generally 3-12 business days unless you live in Western Australia. Tracking will be updated to your account.

We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit unless you have purchased registered post which automatically comes with up to $100 insurance for NON EXPRESS orders. If your order is over $100 or you want it sent express and you would like insurance for it please contact us and we can quote you on insurance costs. We are also not responsible for any delays for your order while in transit as it is out of control. We have normal parcel post as well as express post options available however flammable goods cannot be sent via Express. If you click Express and there are flammable goods in the order we will automatically change it to normal parcel post and refund you the difference. If you are unsure if you parcel can be sent via Express please email us.

Pickup is by appointment only in Alkimos. Please email us with when you would like to pickup your order. Pickup can be made from 24 hours after you have completed and paid for your order unless you have ordered pre-ordered items as they will not be available until we have received them. We suggest you make an order for the available products separate to the pre-ordered items.

Payment
We accept: Visa/Mastercard, Bank Transfer, Paypal, Afterpay, Laybuy and Zippay only.

Returns
We do not accept returns due to change of mind. If you have received your order and items are missing or damaged please contact us within 3 business days. We will not be liable for missing items after that timeframe. If item is damaged or defective we require reasonable evidence (photo/video).

You sure can by contacting us and arranging a time to come visit us in Alkimos. We have all of it opened ready for you to try.

Can I order something that is out of stock?
You sure can! Just click pre-order to add it to your order. Pre-orders can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on availability. If you are unsure please contact us.
